Process

The approach involved a multi-phase implementation strategy, starting with the development of a flexible AI service infrastructure that supported multiple integration options including FastAPI, gRPC, and WebSocket. The process included developing various AI-powered features sequentially, beginning with question generation systems, followed by RAG-based content generation, and culminating in advanced student performance analytics and personalized assignment capabilities. Strategic innovation was pursued through careful market analysis and client engagement.

Challenges

Key challenges included designing an AI system flexible enough to handle multiple integration methods while maintaining performance and reliability. The implementation of structured output for database compatibility in question generation required careful consideration of data schemas and compatibility issues. Additionally, balancing the technical development of AI features with strategic business expansion initiatives while maintaining high standards for both presented a significant coordination challenge.
